School uniform is an important aspect of who we are as a school community and it is compulsory for children to come to school wearing full school uniform.

 

Our branded school uniform can be purchased online at Brigade Uniform.

 

Please ensure that all items belonging to your child(ren) are clearly labelled.

 

FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM FOR RECEPTION TO YEAR 6 INCLUDES

• Plain black/grey trousers, shorts, pinafore dress or skirt
• White, plain polo t-shirt
• Maroon school jumper or cardigan (branded or plain)
• Smart, black shoes (Velcro for reception) with black/grey socks/tights       
• In summer, a red gingham dress can be worn
• Hat for summer weather
• Maroon bookbag

SMART WATCHES

 

These are not permitted in school, even if they have a 'school mode'. Year 5 and 6 children may wear them to/from school, if they are walking to/from school on their own. As with mobile phones, they are required to leave them in a locked box for the school day.

 

NURSERY

 

Children in Ducklings also wear school uniform, which differs slightly from above. This includes:

• Plain black jogging bottoms/black leggings (no dresses or skirts)
• White, plain polo t-shirt, maroon/burgundy school jumper/cardigan (branded or plain)
• Black, Velcro school shoes with white/black/grey socks
• Maroon bookbag
• Hat for summer weather

PE KIT

 

On the days children have PE, they are required to wear their kit to school for the whole day. This includes:

• Plain black shorts/tracksuit bottoms
• Branded maroon polo t-shirt
• Plain black hoody/jumper
• Comfortable trainers

OUTDOOR LEARNING

 

If your child is taking part in forest school/woodland adventure, old clothing is required in a drawstring bag. This includes:

• Warm jumper
• Gloves/scarf/hat
• Extra socks
• Waterproof jacket and trousers
• Wellies

 

SECOND-HAND UNIFORM

 

This can be found in the large cupboard in the school reception area – please help yourself as required. Donations of good condition, branded uniform are gratefully received by the school office.
